All purchases are final. Refunds are only provided for items that arrive damaged. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, except in rare, exceptional circumstances.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct, including apartment or dorm numbers, before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after leaving our facility. In such cases, contact your local post office immediately.
Incorrect Shipments
